I know the last post was a little anti-iPhone, but there are many people out there who rely on unlocked iphones so knowing there will be a 3.0 unlock will be of great relief to many.  A lot of people upgraded their phones to the 2.30.03 baseband and your phones became locked and unusable, well now for all who have been waiting the wonderful Dev-Team has found a hole in the new 3.0 baseband 04.26.08 that will be unlock-able and this Friday they will release it.  Not much news has been reported about how the unlock works and that is because they want to be careful not to release too much info so Apple can’t fix the hole.  The Dev-Team is an amazing group and deserves much thanks because they have made iPhones usable and much more productive, so jump to the link and check out the video and maybe even send some love to the Dev-Team.  They do this all for free and enjoy notes of how helpful their work is.  The jailbreak will be available shortly since it is midnight and the official 3.0 release should be out now, so if you have AT&T feel free to jailbreak, if not wait until Friday to jailbreak and unlock with ultrasnow (the unlock program).  Ultrasnow will be available through Cydia after you jailbreak.  As soon as I get the new Pwnage tool I’ll jailbreak and let you all know how it goes!  Thanks for helping to stick it to Apple guys, now go out and jailbreak!
