Adobe Releases Flash for iPhone?

Yes, you read that correct, but hold on to your butts not quite yet. Adobe’s CEO Shantanu Narayen confirmed at a recent conference that they are collaborating with Apple to create a version of Flash for the iPhone. That sounds pretty sure to me, the only problem is we still don’t know how much longer iPhone users will have to wait. Those of us that use iPhones have been waiting quite a long time for this and it has been one of our few complaints.

Steve Jobs main concern was that Flash would run to slow on the iPhone but now that they are working together on this project it can finally come to pass, other mobile devices have functional versions of flash on them so we know it is possible for it to run on an iPhone. We do know it is Apple policy to update the iPhone every year around June or July so I imagine it will come out with the updated iPhone, but the question is will it be released for the older models? We will keep you updated on all the iPhone news as it comes our way.
